CALLING ALL COACHES!!!!! CLMH is accepting coach applications for the 2024-2025 season!

The deadline for submitting fully completed applications is Monday July 15th @ 8PM. Any Coach Application’s received AFTER the deadline, will not be reviewed unless coaches are needed in that division.

Criminal Record Checks are now required once every 2 years. In order to be reimbursed for the fee, an original copy of the CRC and purchase receipt need to be dropped off at the office.

Applications can be emailed to president@clmh.com, vphockeyops@clmh.com and the division director of which you are applying for.

***Please make sure to read over the application carefully and submit all required information when emailing in.***
